SAUTEED TUNA WITH PARMESAN PIATTO, GREEN ONION AND SWEET PEPPERS
INGREDIENTS
- PARMESAN PIATTO
- 4 fresh tuna steaks
- Salt pepper
- 4 sweet peppers, sliced
- 2 stalks of green onion or rush cut diagonally
- Sesame C/N
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
PREPARATION:
In a hot frying pan add the olive oil, season the tuna fillets and put it in the frying pan so that it browns for 4 minutes on each side, serve on the plate and add the sweet peppers, green onion, sesame seeds and PIATTO PARMESANO on top to taste.
