PASTA WITH DRIED FRUITS AND MIXED CARAMELIZED MUSHROOMS IN PARMESAN REDUCTION
INGREDIENTS
- PARMESAN PIATTO
- Pasta of your choice
- 50 gr of pink Orellanas
- 50 gr of portobello
- 50 gr of crimini
- 50 gr of mushroom
- 50 grams of tomato
- 50 gr of mixed nuts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- butter ghee
- Parmesan
PREPARATION:
Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions.
In a saucepan with ghee butter, sauté the mushrooms (the variety you decide, it is not necessary to use only the recommended ones)
Season this mixture with salt and pepper and add PIATTO PARMESANO, add the already cooked pasta and the nuts, mix very well and remove from heat. Garnish with slices of grated Parmesan or Parmesan cheese, consume immediately.
