SMOKED SALMON AND PIATTO AGRAZ BRUSCHETTAS
INGREDIENTS
- AGRAZ PIATTO
- sliced artisan french bread
- 200 gr of smoked salmon
- 100 grams of natural Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber in ribbons
- Salt pepper
PREPARATION:
Spread Greek yogurt on each slice of French bread, put half a slice of smoked salmon on top and then the cucumber strip with salt and pepper, at the end add PIATTO AGRAZ to taste.
To remove the cucumber ribbons, slide it from end to end of the cucumber with a potato peeler, discarding the first layer that is the peel, continue with the other layers until you reach the seeds and turn it to remove more ribbons.
