SHRIMP AND LEMON SKEWERS WITH CLASSIC PIATTO
INGREDIENTS
- 10 raw prawns
- Salt/pepper
- Paprika
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 lemons, sliced
- Chopsticks for skewers
- Chopped cilantro for garnish
PREPARATION
In a bowl with water, soak the toothpicks so that when you take them to the fire they do not burn. Apart from that, marinate the prawns in a bowl, with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic for at least 1 hour, then assemble the skewers alternating between lemon slices and prawns, on a grill, griddle or BBQ, heat add olive oil and then let the skewers brown for approximately 4 minutes on each side, remove from heat and cover with PIATTO PARMESANO and coriander.
