STUFFED AVOCADOES
INGREDIENTS
- 2 ripe avocados
- 50 gr cherry tomato
- 125 g feta cheese
- Radish Sprouts
- Salt and pepper
- Sunflower seeds
- Classic piatto reduction
PREPARATION
Cut the avocados in half, add a little lemon and salt to prevent oxidation.
Cut the cheese into cubes, the cherry tomatoes in half, mix them in a bowl, add salt, pepper and classic Piatto reduction.
Fill the avocados with the mixture, sprinkle with sunflower seeds, add more reduction and garnish with radish sprouts.
