ROASTED PEACH MOUNTS.
INGREDIENTS
- a loaf of rye bread (or your choice).
- 80gr of serrano ham.
- Boconchini.
- Peppermint leaves.
- Piatto passion fruit reduction.
- Butter.
PREPARATION
Slice the peaches into hulls, transfer to a buttered pan, and brown on both sides. Cut the loaf into slices and toast in the oven.
Put a slice of Serrano ham on the bread, 2 boconchini cut in half, roasted peaches, mint leaves and finish with a Piatto passion fruit reduction.
