- 2 skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 whole heads of garlic, halved
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
In an ovenproof dish, place the chicken breasts and add all the ingredients that are well scattered all over the breasts, put the heads of garlic on the sides to add aroma and flavor, bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees, check the cooking and if it is necessary to leave them a few more minutes, you can also cook them in the air fryer, when they are ready cut into slices and serve them accompanied by your favorite garnish or use them to make a sandwich or a salad.
