CAPRESSE COLD PASTA BOWL WITH PARMESAN PIATTO
INGREDIENTS
- PARMESAN PIATTO
- 200 gr of cooked and cold pasta
- ½ cup of pearl tomatoes
- 4 small balls of mozzarella boconccini divided in 2
- Fresh basil leaves
- Salt pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
PREPARATION:
In a bowl, mix the pasta with all the ingredients, leaving the Parmesan cheese for last.
